Energy Star...

Using Energy Star Products
Metro Fair Housing Services, Inc. has an agreement through a grant from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development to educate clients about the benefits of using Energy Star products to save energy usage. The links below have useful information about energy saving products for the home

ENERGY STAR was introduced in 1992 as a voluntary labeling program designed to identify and promote energy-efficient products in order to reduce carbon dioxide emissions. Jointly administered by the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the US Department of Energy (DOE), ENERGY STAR labels the most efficient new homes and buildings and a wide range of residential and commercial products.
